SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $80. For orders under this amount, rates will be calculated by the carrier you select at checkout. You will be able to check all the details of your order at the checkout before processing your payment. 

We do ship worldwide, however, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees once the package reaches your country. 

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to insufficient address or is undeliverable for any reason, shipping charges will be invoiced to customer prior to package being reshipped to the correct address.

Delivery: usually 4-7 days after shipment, but it can take up to 15 days depending on carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking information is emailed to you once your order has shipped.

How will my items be shipped?

Packages are typically shipped via USPS or UPS. 

I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?

Yes, they will all be shipped together. If your order contains a preorder item, we will wait to ship the package until all items are in stock. If you would like to receive your order in multiple shipments, please email us at support@donteatthehomies.com
